Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days.

Refunds due to your dissatisfaction of our product are limited to one opened bag. Multiple bags can be returned for refund within the return period, but we will only refund monies for one opened bag.

Refunds are limited to purchase price of product.  We do not refund money for shipping or donated portions of your purchase. Unused product must be returned in usable condition.

In order to continuously improve our service and meet your needs we may also ask you to provide information specific to your organization. HAITI JOE uses this information primarily to communicate with you, and to provide you with better service. For example, the information may be used to complete a transaction or communicate with you through mailings and email. We also provide you with the opportunity to remove your name from our mailings/email lists, if you desire to do so (see corresponding section below).


HAITI JOE may sell, rent, lease or exchange your personal information to other organizations for their own use. You explicitly agree to Haiti Joe exchanging your information with its parent company K12 Haiti and its managing partner Endure Products, LLC d/b/a Roost & Root.


As a convenience to our visitors, HAITI JOE website may contain links to other sites that we believe may offer useful information. HAITI JOE is a social causes non-profit of K12 Haiti and as such shares information with K12 Haiti and its affiliates for donation marketing reasons.

Haiti Joe is a registered non-profit dba of K12 Haiti and a member of the K12 Haiti initiative.


We reserve the right to alter this privacy notice at any time. Such alterations will be posted on our website.


Our coffee product is exempt in Texas as a “food item”. Shipping is exempt because product sale is exempt. Your donation portion is not taxable. Current volume does not require us to consider and calculate the collection of any applicable taxes from any state other than Texas, which is exempt. If you would owe sales tax in your state related to this purchase it will be your responsibility to report and pay it.


The donation portion of your purchase will be used for the purpose it was promoted in accordance with laws governed by the State of Texas.  Haiti Joe is a duly registered d/b/a of K12 Haiti, a Texas Non-Profit Corporation with Federal 501 (c) (3) status.  Your lawyer or accountant can provide you detailed information as to the amounts and types of tax deductions a charity such as Haiti Joe will afford you. Your order confirmation is your deduction receipt and is inclusive of all required details of your donation for tax purposes.


Haiti Joe in good faith will attempt to carry out it’s mission and abide by it’s policies. In the event that you are dissatisfied with your involvement with Haiti Joe, for any reason whatsoever, it is our sincere wish to resolve it with you amicably.  But please keep this in mind.  Haiti Joe in no way will be responsible for consequential damages, and does not offer refunds on donated monies. Your sole remedy if you are dissatisfied with Haiti Joe is to stop any further involvement or return product consistent with our returns policy.
